How can I book a tour with Prime Guide Morocco?
You can book directly through our website, by WhatsApp, or by email. Once you confirm your date, we reserve your tour instantly.
Do I need to pay online to confirm my booking?
No. We do not use online payments.
Payment is done in cash on the day of the tour (DH, EUR, USD, GBP).
Which currencies do you accept?
We accept:
Moroccan Dirham (MAD)
Euro (EUR)
US Dollar (USD)
British Pound (GBP)
You can choose whichever is convenient.
Is my tour guaranteed after confirmation?
Yes. Once you confirm your date with us (message or call), your booking is guaranteed — no deposit needed.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your booking for free up to 24 hours before your tour.
Do you offer private tours or only group tours?
We offer both private and group tours.
Private tours can be fully customized depending on your needs.
What is included in the tour price?
It depends on the tour, but usually includes:
Transportation with a professional driver
Licensed local guide
Pick-up & drop-off
Activities listed in the tour description
Meals, personal expenses, and optional activities are not always included.
How do I pay on the day of the tour?
You simply give the payment in cash to your guide or driver at the start of the tour.
We will give you the total price in advance so you can prepare the amount.
